GEODERANT® is a salt-based odor-eliminator that works with our biology to stop BO. That’s right–when formulating this product, I quite literally started from the armpit up!

Our skin likes to be at a slightly-acid pH, and our underarm sweat already has a higher pH than sweat from other parts of our bodies thanks to our endocrine system. But baking soda based deodorants use a high pH to keep odor causing bacteria from forming. Even though it is natural, this pH classifies it as a skin irritant.

Add in all the coconut oil & waxes in these formulas, further moisturizing an already wet area & causing stink to stay stuck to you... no wonder everyone seems to be unhappy with their natural deodorants! They simply don't make sense.

Our GEODERANT® uses a base of food grade alum pickling salt, which we double filter & recrystalize to guarantee it is free from impurities. Alum has been used for centuries in the middle east as a way to stop body odor & even on their faces as aftershave.

By including the crystals in a spray bottle, it allowed us to add other great active odor-fighting ingredients like silver citrate, an all-natural antibacterial, and organic vodka & witch hazel to help keep your pores tight. The solution has an acidic pH to balance irritation and when the liquid dissolves, an undetectable layer of alum is left behind giving you protection that isn’t suffocating to your pores.

The best part? Just keep refilling with tap water when the water level gets low. Then, when all the crystals are dissolved, we'll get you the tools to refill at home!

Tips & tricks: keep water level in your bottle high by refilling with your tap frequently, especially in the beginning. when the solution is too concentrated, the sprayer may not work! if necessary, pour a little bit of the concentrated water out and top off with fresh if the sprayer is still hard to push down.

Note: bottles are filled by crystal weight, so some bottles may appear more ‘full’ than others.

They are all the same! Also, silver citrate may darken in the bottle & maybe even turn into a dark sediment. Just give it a shake & keep adding water as normal! This sedimentation or color change does NOT affect safety or efficiency of the product.
